    Come celebrate a little Cinco De Mayo with me, with this wonderful Chicken Fajita Plate Marinated chicken breast grilled up to prefection with sweet & savory peppers and onions, servered along side with lettuce, pico, cheese, guacamole and sour cream... 

    This plate will be accompanied with spanish rice( fresh tomatoes, onion, just a little jalapeno and cilantro) and fiesta skillet corn

    This one is back by popular demand, ever since I made this one, everyone was asking when I'll make it again...so here it is..zcx

    This delicious combination platter is served up with a traditional cabbage roll with a rich tomato sauce, then there is another one served up with a silky mushroom sauce, and lastly, don’t knock it till you try it…a vegetarian Stuffed Cabbage with onions and mushrooms and rice, topped with yummy caramelized onions, and served up with whipped mashed potatoes and steamed green beans
