BARSZCZ CZERWONY - RED BORSCHT SOUP
ButtonPolish beet soup was always one of my favorites and still is....just like my Busia made. The sweetness of the beets make a beautiful brooth to combind with shredded beets, just top with a little sour cream, sometimea sprig of dill and you have nothing but pure yumminess at your finger tips
