THE FLOURY DETAILS....

Classes are a minimum of 6 people and maximum of 8 people per a class. In order for me to have a class I need at least six people. I will work my best to try and fill each class for those of you that are signing up as individuals, with that being said Flexibility on your part is most helpful. 

Classes will held on Friday from 6pm-9pm

Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm

Cost per a class is $75 a person and includes

(Cooking Lesson, 2 Dozen Pierogi, Appetizer, Small Plates, Dessert and Beverage)

Each class will have a choice of two flavors that they want to make, 1 traditional and 1 specialty flavor that you will take home with you to enjoy but with that being said, the majority will rule. Participants can arrive 5 minutes prior to class to get settled in. Once everyone is situated I will start you out with one of my specialty pierogi flights for you to nibble on while I go over the instructions for the class and then it's time to roll up your sleeves and get your hands into learning about making the yummy dough....It's all about the dough ! Wait though it gets better...after the dough is made were going to put those gym memberships to good use and roll, roll, roll out the dough and prep your circle cutouts to get ready to start pinching your little pillows of love...after you make your 1st dozen I will show you the cooking process and then we'll get them into the freezer so we can package them for you to take home. Then we will repeat the process for the next flavor.... Wait it's not over yet...I don't know about you, but if I'm cooking you got to clean up (kidding) but I will be cooking because, well yeah, you can't leave without tasting what you made, right? I will be making some small plates for the flavor you choose, Yay ! Oh wait... we're not done yet, each group will also select a Sweet Ending pierogi flavor because I don't know about you but I always finish with dessert after I eat...It's the little kid in me...also I'll have some kind of non alcoholic refreshment as well...

For those of you that can not arrange a group class, don't fret I will be offering open individual classes as well...so grab a friend and come and have some fun with me and meet some new people.

Individual's signing up for classes will require a $ 25 deposit at the time of registration and group classes will require a $100 deposit

Please call first to verify the class is open. Then you may register on-line by going to the order page and click on classes, select your deposit choice and fill in information and in note box specify class date along with your two flavor choices, plus a dessert flavor as well  Also, again please note I need at least six people to hold a class. If you are signing up for an individual class I ask for some flexibility so I can get the 6 required people to create one class.

Cancellations require 72 hour notice or the deposit will be forfeited
