Second stop on our trip around the world… Beautiful Ireland and Wonderful Shepherds Pie. Ground beef season and simmered with just the right seasonings, then mixed together with peas, carrots, corn and onion. Only to finish it off with Parmesan whipped potatoes. Yes this is all stuffed inside a wonderful little Pierogi. Yummy Goodness !
